I was skeptical given the past reviews but this place was closest / most convenient to my condo so I gave it a try. The pharmacist was extremely kind, helpful and gave informative recommendations without being pushy, ultimately selling me what I asked for (in some cases taking their recommendation, in others not). The pharmacist was knowledgable but not any way, shape or form pushy or coercive. Generally the experience was what I expect, and a bit better than any good pharmacy in Thailand where pharmacists do double duty as chemists and a kind of front-line triage nurse. We'll definitely visit again when in need and in the neighborhood. Thanks for your assistance.

Plus, the customer service is excellent—they really take the time to ensure you’re getting the right products. Great pharmacy. We went in today looking for allergy medicine and the pharmacist was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get Zyrtec - price was not too bad. It is always more expensive in Asia. Works great though.

The nail salon nearby accidentally cut my toe, so I came here looking for antibiotic/antiseptic cream. The pharmacist speaks fluent English and gave me 3 choices 1) one that’s more well known but expensive, 2) a local brand and not as expensive, 3) an option that’s smaller size. I appreciated being given the option to choose which one suits my needs.
