Otteri laundry

I don't understand the reviews. I keep going there because of need, and because I'm lazy and don't wanna lose time to find another laundry But service is completely inexistent. One girl is absolutely not happy to receive customers, doesn't help, doesn't smile, just wants you to go away while she's with her phone the whole time (the "more robust" girl). The other one is a little nicer but she keeps the earphone on all the times too and helps only if asked The laundry is confusing, you have to use both their coins and Baht at the same time but no one explains that to you, plus the girls don't speak a decent English. It's good enough only if you: - have 7-8kg or more, because the washing machine are big. Otherwise you pay for the size that you don't use - you completely ignore the horrible service. You can do better. We're all human beings, there's no reason to treat people that bad.

Super convenient and fully equipped laundromat with washers ranging from 9kg up to 18kg while having driers ranging from 15kg to 25kg! Prices are great with detergent and fabric softener dispensers costing 5 baht each. Highly recommend if you have free time and need to get some laundry done 👌

I really recommend this laundry, helpful staff and fast service for little money - 50 baht for washing and 60 baht for drying. There is a WiFi that you can use while you wait. You can also come back after 1-2 hours to get your stuff.
