I had an unsatisfactory experience at this dry cleaner today. When I entered the shop, the staff member was on the phone and did not acknowledge me. After reviewing my suit, she informed me that there would be an extra charge due to the brand and the fact that it was wool. After I explained that my brand was not listed among the expensive designer brands, she still insisted on a surcharge of 100 baht for the trousers and jacket. The posted price list states that there may be a surcharge, but this is not clearly defined and, in my view, should apply only to genuinely special or high-end items. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told (via phone) that the standard prices of 300 Baht for trousers and 400 Baht for a jacket, which is already quite expensive, apply only to cotton or synthetic items from brands such as Uniqlo or Zara, and that wool requires special imported chemicals. If that is the case, pricing for wool suits - which are very common - should be clearly stated. The lack of transparent pricing leaves too much discretion to staff when applying surcharges. I have therefore decided to take my business elsewhere, which is a pity, as I live nearby.

I picked up my Chanel leather bag and the strap is literally dirtier than before and there’s still dark stains around the edges. What did I even pay for!??

This is the only professional dry cleaning service I use for my nicer garments. Staff is very knowledgeable and the service is always consistent. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Dry Clinique for many years and always been pleased with their service. I’ve used them to clean shoes, expensive brand name garments, and casual wear. I’ve always been pleased.
