Worst service ever. The spiteful woman refused to order spare parts and wouldn't speak to me. Never again LG device

Just cancelled them and contacted someone else as it would have been one week wait for a call out, and when your fridge freezer is playing up, that's ridiculous. Plus the staff seemed quite unhelpful and I even had a Thai speak to them. Edit: I got the job done at a cost of less than LG's call out fee of 642 baht!

Bought new LG washing machine broke down after 2 months.Went to claim the guaranteed but it took them verry long to even call me back.When they finally call there were excuses like they called me and I never pick up the phone....which is a lie.No matter what you say they will allways blame you....thai cowboy at it best.Could not use the machine for 2 weeks....
