Almost had to lose my clothes. I left my clothes for 36 hours. After that time passed, I had a flight that morning, so I had to go, leaving all my clothes… somewhere? After an hour of searching and calling, there’s no person to ask, phone calls remain unanswered. Why even leave your phone number on a note when you won’t answer? Thankfully in the end I was able to retrieve my stuff when the owner came, but that almost cost me missing my flight. Do not expect 24-hour service, if you won’t come at the right time, nobody will be there to answer you, so pick this option only if you have time to spare.

Had a great experience here and for anyone who doesn’t know how it works (because I did not at first) let me explain. You leave your clothes in one of the empty laundry bins on the door step and take a piece of paper and a clothespin and write your name and pin it to one of your clothing items on top. When you come back around the same time the next day, your clothes should be on the shelf on the left, cleaned, dried, and packaged. The clothes smell lovely (I’m used to using unscented detergent but what they use smells good). The price is written on the bag (50 baht per kg) you leave the cash in a money box and there is also a QR payment I did not use because I wasn’t sure if it required a specific app or not. One week of my clothes (I trained Muay Thai twice a day for a week so I go through many clothes) was about 175 baht (a little less than 6 USD for other Americans). I imagine some people might be skeptical of leaving their clothes out unattended and not being able to interact with anyone, but I had no issues. One down side is that during the rainy season the road leading to this place floods and if you don’t have a scooter like me you have to walk on the side on these small bricks, not the fault of the business but a warning to you potential patrons. They also dotted the i’s in my name with hearts which made my day 🙂

Wow! So kind and fast, after getting quoted a crazy price for in room laundry service I decided to drop off the laundry that needed to be done here. He even delivered to our resort the same day! Bhat only very affordable! Laundry was all clean, folded and put back in the bag neatly 🥰 thank you!

Went here as I landed in Phuket and needed some stuff washed and ended up going here because of the reviews. At first it seems no one was there to attend to the front but Jack was inside and when he heard us, came out to help us! He was very nice and quickly told us the affordable rate based on the weight of clothes & even hand delivered the items back to our hotel for a small fee. Next day it was delivered on time without any delays or messages lol! Would go back again, smells great & pressed nicely.
