Last year, I used Johnny’s laundry service, and I was very impressed. Now the shop has moved to the opposite side of the road, just a few meters away. The service is still excellent as always, and my clothes come back clean and smelling fresh. Highly recommended!

We used this laundry service multiple times during our stay in Koh Samui and were very happy with it! Efficient process for communication and hotel pick-up/delivery (we stayed at Centara Reserve in Chaweng), and this business did a great job with our laundry across a variety of garment types. If you are staying in a hotel in their pick-up/delivery area and want to use this service, the process is: 1. Message the business on WhatsApp with a photo of your plastic bag of laundry. Confirm the requested service type based on the menu they provide (e.g. express/standard, iron/no-iron), requested return time, and your hotel/hotel room number. 2. Leave the bag at your hotel's reception and advise them of your room number, and that it's for an external laundry service to collect. 3. Send a WhatsApp message to the business to let them know the laundry bag is ready and waiting at reception. 4. The business will collect the laundry, weigh it, and send you a picture of the weight/price for your approval. 5. Put required cash in an envelope marked with your hotel name/room number, and address to "Johnny". 6.Take a photo of the envelope and send to the business on WhatsApp. 7. Leave envelope at your hotel reception. 8. They will collect the envelope for payment when they drop off your clean laundry. Easy! This business was closed early Fridays/most of Saturday when we were in Samui, and I can see that at time of writing this review it's now marked as "temporarily closed". As an alternative laundry service in the Chaweng area, I also highly recommend "CHACK Laundry Service" - we used Chack on the days that this business was closed. Chack has a similar process for hotel pick-up delivery, similar price range, and same quality of service.
