Laundry Service & Delivery

I discovered this place today after needing my clothes done. Process was quick and easy with efficient response time. Today, I dropped off my clothes at the lobby of my hotel wherein they were able to pick it up swiftly. I paid for the express service which in total took 5 hours for them to complete from pick up to drop off back at the hotel lobby. I highly recommend this service to all travellers! 6/5 stars if able to rate that high!! 🙂 <3

It is not actually a laundry. The counter — primarily a travel agency — only takes the laundry and then passes it on somewhere else. The older woman who is always at the desk in the evenings/nights was unfortunately really unfriendly and snappy from the very beginning for no reason — something you rarely experience in otherwise very polite Thailand. But I can overlook that to a certain extent, as long as the quality of the work is good — which unfortunately was not the case either. The print on one shirt was damaged (melted), and a bag was also damaged (Nike logo). Neither of these were cheap market knockoffs, but original branded items. In addition, one sock was missing after the laundry and could not be found anymore after asking 2 times. There wasn’t even an apology — just complete indifference. Normally, I’m happy to support local businesses with positive reviews. But here everything was so poor that people like this need to face the consequences. Only then might they understand that their income as business owners depends on friendliness and good quality.

Great service!! Picked up laundry from my hotel lobby (so convenient) and then dropped them off, washed & folded the next day. So impressed with the work - very professional and worth the money! 100% recommend and will use them again when I visit in the future!!

Ottimo servizio. Abiti ben stirati e profumati. Se uno ha necessità ti portano i vestiti in hotel.

Great service! The owner replies to whatsapp within a minutes every time. Super responsive and receptive to time restrictions. They dropped off our clothes straight to our hotel. Would recommend for anyone staying near patong beach, especially Hotel Clover as it is very close by!

Brilliant service, collection and drop off from our hotel. Chose option B and received same day. Communication excellent throughout the day. All fresh smelling, folded and packed lovely.
