Laundry Sue

The pick-up service is convenient, but unfortunately my personal experience has not been positive. Several of my white and light-colored clothes were damaged, and some items went missing over time. I felt that my concerns were not handled with enough care, even though I contacted the company directly many times to resolve the issues. I’m sharing this review to provide honest feedback based on my experience, in hopes that the service can improve for future customers.

If you’re wondering whether they’ve stopped destroying clothing, as of Feb 2024, the answer is no. They show no signs of stopping. When I refused to pay (the price that was already double anything else), they said they’d done it like this for years and will continue to do so. So you’ll end up with a sticker that won’t come off, often on the outside of your clothes. Remove it with heat? With difficulty and still damaged clothing (see photo for one that they did for me).

Worst laundry ever. It took 3 days to wash my clothes and service was awfull. Every piece is also tagged with a code that you cant get off without ironing.

Do not go here. They take days for clothes to be done. I am stood here typing up a review still not received my clothes. Dropped them off on a Friday and they said they will be available Sunday. It’s now Monday 11am and I am meant to be leaving to get a boat at 1pm. ask your hotel for laundry or anywhere else but not here. Read the reviews.

We left our laundry on a Thursday evening. They our laundry would be ready at 9am on Sunday(!). We were going to leave at 9.50 on Sunday. At 9 on Sunday the laundry was not ready and they said it was somewhere else and the "delivery car had broken down". We never saw our clothes again. Don’t take your laundry to this place if you wish to get it back.
