BEST MAC SERVICE IN THAILAND. Thank you for saving my life! I was traveling in Chiang Mai for 3 days and on the 2nd day, my laptop charger got broken. I went there to check if they have a charger I can buy and he said I need to wait for 3 hours for the 3999 baht laptop charger. Luckily, he has a spare charger plug and when we tried if it works, IT WORKED! He only asked me to pay 200 baht. WOW. I needed the charger for my work. Thank you so much 🙂

I was a bit apprehensive about handing over my MBP, but these guys were absolutely awesome. I had a motherboard issue (turns out it was water damaged) and they fixed everything in about 24 hours which is seriously impressive turnaround for an issue of this scope. Motherboard issues are always dicey so wanted to wait before reviewing — its been running like a breeze for over 2 months now. Main technician is very skilled, good communication via messenger and the prices are fair. Excellent service.

Very happy with the service here. I have had two phones fixed and also a laptop. They explained each problem and what needed to be fixed clearly before taking action and charging me. With another laptop it was taken apart and checked but could they could not guarantee a reliable fix that would last due to an inherent problem with the model / year it was made, and so we were given the option to fix or not, no charge for checking. Decided against the fix. But I felt that this was a good all round service. Hopefully I won’t get more problems but if I do this will be my first stop in Chiang Mai.

Keyboard electronics were all working. I took off one keyboard key because it wasn't clicking smoothly, but had troubles mounting it back properly so I went to this store to let a professional take care of it and they said I needed to buy a new keyboard for 8000 baht. He didn't even inspect it. I later repaired it myself at home. Also, instead of analyzing the keyboard, he made a phone call and immidiately said it was broken, to me that looked very sketchy. Seems like rip off.

Do not use this service center. They will steal your parts and replace them with faulty ones. I left my Macbook Pro at this place due to faulty battery a month ago, and long story short, not only did they not fix the laptop, I later discovered (through Apple Store themselves) that 6 parts were either missing or replaced. Here's what they told me through email: "During repair, we found MacBook Pro has some internal cover is missing, and some screws (fan and BMU) is located in wrong position. The following is list of all covers and screws need to replace: Antenna screw Audio Flex Cable Cowling Clutch Covers Clutch cover screw Trackpad Cowling screw SSD shield tape" More than a month after my visit to this place my Macbook is still not repaired because Apple Store is still waiting for some of the parts to arrive. This is the first time I am writing a negative review about a place. Take your device to this place at your own risk. You have been warned
