Disappointed with the "Magnesium Plus" supplement. Despite a high stated dosage, the formula relies almost exclusively on magnesium oxide, a form that is poorly absorbed and primarily laxative. In practice, the amount of truly bioavailable magnesium is very low. The addition of vitamins B and C does not compensate for this formulation flaw. For nervous or muscular support (and even more so for sensitive individuals), this product is ineffective and may cause digestive discomfort. Disappointing for a parapharmacy — one would expect better-absorbed forms such as bisglycinate, citrate, or malate. Needs improvement.
