On my first visit the owner was quite rude and impolite when showing me the products. She abruptly pushed me aside with her hands and placed a counter partition right in front of me, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and confused 😕 However, later I decided to give the pharmacy a second chance, and on my next visit, the owner was polite. I’m hopeful that she was simply having a bad day during my first visit. In any case, such behaviour is unacceptable. I also got the impression that if you’re a foreigner, she’ll try to sell you expensive products, and even basic items have a high markup. I advise the owner not to take out her personal problems on customers and to provide receipts.

Apotheke, mit perfekt englisch sprechender Apothekerin die Ahnung hat. Konnte mir mit meinen Durchfall/Magenkrämpfe super helfen. Hat auf meine Antibiotika Allerie Rücksicht genommen.

This is my go-to pharmacy, great service , so helpful and managed to get my meds for an extended stay . Thank you so much.
