วันนี้ไปซื้อยาแก้ปวดไมเกรนที่ร้านแห่งนี้ โดยเภสัชกรถามว่ายาที่เคยทานชื่ออะไร ซึ่งดิฉันจำชื่อยาไม่ได้ จึงขอดูตัวอย่างยาที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียง เพื่อจะได้เลือกถูกต้อง เมื่อถูกถามถึงลักษณะยา ดิฉันอธิบายว่าเป็นยาเม็ดสีฟ้า ๆ แต่ไม่ใช่บลูโกเฟ่น อย่างไรก็ตาม เภสัชกรมีท่าทีไม่พอใจ พูดจาไม่สุภาพ และกล่าวในลักษณะว่าดิฉัน "เลือกมาก" ก่อนจะบอกให้ไปซื้อร้านอื่น รู้สึกเสียความรู้สึกมาก เพราะตั้งใจมาขอคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แต่กลับได้รับการปฏิบัติที่ไม่เหมาะสม คิดว่าการสื่อสารด้วยความเข้าใจและความสุภาพเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะในวิชาชีพด้านสุขภาพ หวังว่าร้านจะนำข้อเสนอแนะนี้ไปปรับปรุงการบริการในอนาคตค่ะ

She immediately recommended the perfect cream, and by the next morning, our baby’s condition had greatly improved. Our other child suffered from a day of vomiting due to an upset stomach, refused to eat, and had no energy. After hearing the details and diagnosing the issue, she recommended a special rehydration powder with sodium citrate and dehydrated electrolytes to mix with water. It worked! Highly recommendable for people in need of pharmacy services and hope this review help other parents like us.

The worst pharmacy ever. Went there with a cold and cough. Got some medication for allergic reactions. After the cold didn't get better after 2 days I went to the pharmacy across the street. Everything worked out with the medication. If you don't know anything or don't understand you should ask and not spend anything or not open a pharmacy. Oh and by the way, it was expensive too. 500 baht for three strips of medication. 100 baht in the other pharmacy across the street.
