"Strongly do not recommend. One star is still too much for the service received. Hired for a deep cleaning service for just a 27 square meter room at 1,800 baht. What I got was dust everywhere in the room - dust on the floor, dust on the table, dust behind the TV, dust on the sofa, spider webs behind the toilet. It's cleaning where wiping with your hand would be cleaner than your so-called 'deep clean.' On top of that, they didn't even lock the balcony door." This was my first time using Millennium Maid Service Bangkok. I booked the deep clean service at 1,990 THB. Normally, when I use regular cleaning services (not deep clean), I just let the maid clean the room while I’m away. This time was the same. The maid arrived, cleaned, and later updated me that the job was done. When I came back at night to check, I was very disappointed. • The glass shelves were not wiped. Out of 5 layers, only 3 were cleaned. • In the living area, some shelves were left dusty. • Window frames in the bedroom were not cleaned. • Under the bed was untouched. • The water filter was still dusty. • The bed frame edges were not cleaned, only the bedsheet was neatly made. I contacted the staff and sent photos. The next day, the same maid came back to redo the areas. This time, I stayed in the room. The maid told me: "If you want me to clean something, just tell me. Yesterday I didn’t know, and I didn’t want to touch things because I was afraid something might break." In the bathroom, she said she had already scrubbed the day before, but it was still dirty. I asked her to scrub again please, and suddenly it became clean. That made me wonder — if it can be cleaned now, why wasn’t it clean yesterday? Honestly, for a deep clean service, I expected a thorough job without needing to point out every single spot. Instead, I had to constantly supervise and ask her to redo things. It didn’t feel professional and gave me a very bad impression. This was my first and last time using their service. Definitely not worth the "deep clean" price. For a deep clean service, I shouldn’t have to point out where the dust is. The team should know and make sure everything is spotless from the start.

Been using their service for about a year. Maid is doing a perfect job and it's getting better and better as she knows more and more the place. If for any reason she can't come, they always come up with a replacement maid that does a similar great job. They are also flexible to our own schedule if we have an unexpected event and we can't have the maid in the apartment. The support staff is ALWAYS replying in a precise and fast way. Lastly, there are always providing extra "PLUS" service like maid staying 15min extra to help with maintenance people for example. Highly recommenced.

Great maid service, I have been using them for more than 7 years and never had any issues. Professional and reliable. I recommended them to many of my friends. It is easy to communicate with them and prices are reasonable. 5 star service.

Good consistent service over ~18 months. Maid did a great job, rarely needed to reschedule (mainly due to public holidays, which is reasonable), and when they did always sent a replacement maid. When I ran out of cleaning product, the maid would always replace it for me (taking money I left behind), which made my life easier as I have no idea which cleaning products to buy, and also don't have the time to do so. Admin side of the business was also very professional and easy to deal with.

This is really good experience. Fair price and so much easier than hiring own maid. Well trained staff and the admin is spot on with billing etc. Never any issues. Use both for cleaning (maid) and nanny service. Thank you.
