พนักงาน​ผู้หญิงบริการ​แย่มาก​ ถามดีๆ​ เหมือนไม่เต็มใจจะตอบ ตอบชักสีหน้า​ ไม่มีมารยาท​ นํ้าเสีย​ง​ไม่สุภาพ​ ไม่เป็นมิตร​ พูดจาเหวี่ยง​ น่าเกลียด​มาก​ ไปซื้อของจ่ายเงินน่ะไม่ได้ขอฟรี​ ไม่รู้ว่าคนแบบนี้​มาเป็นพนักงาน ได้ไง​ เห็นว่าไกล้บ้านหรอกถึงเข้า​ไปบริการ​ แต่สิ่งที่ได้กลับมาคือ​ เสีย​ความรู้สึก​ และ​ สัญญา​จะไม่ไปเหยียบ​ที่ร้านขายยานี้อีกเข็ดกับบริการ​ห่วยแตก​ของพนักงานผู้หญิ​งคนนี้😡😤😤😤😤😠

Been here 4 times. Young member of staff the 1st 3 times very helpful and polite. Today, a different older member of staff who spoke very abrupt and very rude to me. Very disrespectful tone and shockingly unfriendly. Have lived in Thailand over 20 years and in that time always going to the pharmacy to get paracetamol or ibuprofen. It was here where I learned the word "Tamada" that literally translates to "Ordinary". I always use this word when they try to give me the more expensive version of any medicine and then they change straight away and give me the local normal version. Literally 100% of the times I ask they give me the local version when I ask, including the same pharmacy I am writing about and the same young lady when I went to get the same medicine before. This woman today however, shouted at me in English and said "I don't know Tamada". Disgusting and would never speak to a Thai in the same abrupt and rude manner. Not a nice human being and absolutely no need to treat customers who are supporting your business in that manner.

I'm not sure if she is just a female employee or a pharmacist (because her face doesn't match the pharmacist sign). She speaks in a harsh tone, doesn't ask for any medical history, doesn't explain how to take the medication, and doesn't write labels or provide medication pouches. I had to ask again if I should take it like this, but she just gave me a dismissive and harsh response. The medication I received doesn't match my needs at all, but I bought it anyway because I didn't want to argue anymore. It was a very bad experience of buying medication.

The pharmacist suggested ways to look after myself other than selling drugs. I'm so impressed!
